Version dated 27 October 2026. BELVOYA credit holds noncash rewards towards your own supported bookings. It is part of an ordinary account and is independent of the optional Refer and earn program. Checkout shows eligibility and the applicable conditions before you confirm a booking.

2. Account and optional referrals
Credit belongs to your own confirmed BELVOYA account. Creating or opening the wallet does not enroll you in referrals, automatically award a bonus or imply consent to separate marketing campaigns. Using credit for a booking is your deliberate choice.
Refer and earn requires separate enrollment and acceptance of its current terms. Referral rewards fund the same wallet, while their source, rule version and history are retained. Leaving new referrals does not remove legitimately earned credit or your ordinary account.
3. Credit sources and conditions
Credit may come from referral rewards, published promotions, cashback or an individually confirmed award by BELVOYA. The history identifies the source and applicable currency. Pending amounts are conditional; amounts reserved for a booking in progress are not available to spend again.
Each promotion separately defines eligible users, its amount or calculation, participant or budget limits, award period, spending expiry and any minimum booking value. A campaign enrollment deadline and the expiry of an already awarded bonus may differ. Providing a campaign management panel does not itself launch an offer or entitle anyone to a bonus.
4. Currency and conversion
A wallet has a stable account currency: PLN, EUR, GBP or USD. Existing credit and historical transactions keep their saved currency. Changing the language, display country or offer currency does not redenominate existing credit. Choosing an empty wallet’s currency is possible only where offered before its transaction history begins.
For a booking in another currency, we show the amount used from your wallet and its contribution to the booking price before confirmation. The program rate, valuation source and exact amounts are saved for that transaction. This values noncash credit, may be based on ECB reference rates and is not a promise of a bank or payment provider’s exchange rate. Missing current valuation may temporarily disable spending credit in another currency.
5. Paying with credit
Credit may be used only for supported bookings and within the funds eligible for that purchase. It cannot exceed the price payable online; charges paid directly at the property remain separate. You choose an amount and see the price, credit contribution and any personal payment before confirmation. Full-credit payment is available where checkout supports it.
Credit is reserved while payment and booking confirmation are prepared. Refreshing a page is not new purchase consent. An uncertain result may require verification before release, to avoid funding another stay with the same credit. Where several sources exist, campaign terms may restrict the amount, combination or spending order; these conditions are checked before confirmation.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Booking conditions and confirmed supplier settlement determine refund entitlement and cancellation charges. The customer’s own contribution returns to the applicable payment source, while the eligible credit portion restores the original sources, currency and transaction amounts. Restoration does not apply a new exchange rate or represent verified bank settlement on BELVOYA’s card.
A promotional bonus cannot be converted into cash by booking and cancelling. Restored promotional credit retains its original conditions, including expiry; the refund itself does not create a new non-expiring bonus. A confirmed cash refund of the same part of the price cannot also increase credit. Referral-funded transactions retain their applicable saved rules; uncertain or unspecified refund data require review and do not alone create a debt.
7. Limits and corrections
The wallet is not an account for cash top-ups, person-to-person transfers or unrestricted cash withdrawal. Awarding noncash credit in one currency does not entitle anyone to the same numerical amount in another currency. Each campaign entitlement follows its stated limit rather than awarding another bonus for each refresh or sign-in.
A confirmed cancellation, refund or abuse affecting a reward source may lead to correction under its saved terms. An uncertain payment or dispute may pause spending the affected credit. Corrections and earlier transaction history are retained; changing the rules does not retrospectively recalculate legitimately earned rewards.
8. Contact and changes
Send questions, complaints and requests to investigate credit through the BELVOYA contact form or by post to the operator. Identify the relevant booking or transaction. Do not send full card details or account passwords.
These terms supplement the service terms and the conditions of a particular booking or promotion. Material changes receive a new version before applying to future transactions. They do not limit mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
