Before you join

Which bookings earn a reward?

The program covers eligible stays booked through your link after you join and accept the terms. Flights are not currently included. Your own bookings do not earn rewards.

Do I need a business?

You need a BELVOYA account and choose to join the program. Use rewards towards your own stays.

What if a booking is cancelled?

Cancellation or a refund can reduce or cancel a reward, including one previously recorded. Pending rewards, available funds and amounts reserved for settlement are shown separately.

Does a BELVOYA account automatically join the program?

Join voluntarily by accepting the current terms and submitting an application. You can book travel without joining the program.
