Version dated 27 October 2026. These terms govern the optional BELVOYA referral program. Rewards are collected as credit for your own travel. The program page states enrollment, credit availability and current rates; checkout confirms whether credit can be used for a particular booking.

2. Optional participation
Participants must be adults with their own BELVOYA account. Joining is free and requires a confirmed account, accurate details, separate acceptance of this version and selecting “Join the program”. Ordinary account registration or sign-in does not enroll anyone.
After successfully joining an available program, the account receives a referral link; its activity and status appear in the dashboard. An account may be reviewed or suspended in the circumstances described in these terms. A material rule change requires separate acceptance before new referrals. Ordinary BELVOYA credit is available independently of program membership and is governed by its own terms.
3. Rewards for travel
Rewards reduce payment for your own supported BELVOYA bookings. The credit itself cannot be requested as a cash payout or transferred to another user. The exceptional cancelled-booking refund method in section 9 does not create a general right to withdraw credit. This model does not require company details, an invoice or a payout account.
The current program offers one model: collecting and using travel credit. Earlier rewards, obligations and settlements already started retain their saved rule version; introducing the current model does not retrospectively change them. Section 7 explains the protection of earlier rights.
4. Referral attribution
The program covers new accommodation bookings settled in PLN, EUR, GBP or USD after a valid visit through an approved participant’s active link. Flights, older bookings and charges paid directly at the property are excluded. A declaration alone cannot retrospectively attribute a purchase.
The current program configuration states the attribution window, currently 30 days from the click. A new booking order must be created within that period; the stay itself may take place later. The newest still-valid referral recognised in the browser or linked to the account before that order is created receives attribution. A later click does not change an existing booking. Removing the referral identifier, blocking browser storage or switching devices without a preserved account binding may prevent recognition.
Participants do not earn rewards from their own bookings through their own links. Each booking belongs to one participant and one reward tier. A click, search or started payment alone does not earn commission.
5. Reward amounts and rule versions
The current tier and reward table forms part of the program rules and is available before applying on the Refer and earn page. A reward is a fixed amount for one booking’s tier, rather than a percentage or an aggregate of purchases. The thresholds are denominated in PLN. The basis is the settled accommodation value payable online, less confirmed refunds and excluding charges paid directly at the property. For EUR, GBP or USD bookings, the program rate saved at order creation determines the PLN-equivalent basis and the reward in the participant’s wallet currency. Later exchange-rate changes do not alter this conversion.
When the booking order is created, we save the rule and period version, booking currency, participant wallet currency and applicable program conversion rates. This is BELVOYA’s rate for noncash travel credit, not a promise of a bank or payment provider’s exchange rate. Later configuration changes do not reduce the reward for an already attributed booking; its final value still depends on the completed, settled stay and any correction. The dashboard shows the basis, reward and status.
The table retains base rewards from PLN 5 to PLN 300 for each qualifying booking. A participant with an EUR, GBP or USD wallet receives the saved equivalent in that currency, rather than the same number of units of another currency. A booking with zero settled value, or a fully cancelled or refunded stay, earns no reward. Listed amounts are nominal travel credit; legally required settlement is accounted for before release. The program does not promise tax exemption.
6. Pending and available rewards
A pending reward is conditional and is not available credit. Release requires a confirmed and paid booking, a completed stay, expiry of the settlement period in the saved rule version and settlement verification. The initial period is 14 days after the stay ends. The system then regularly checks eligible rewards and releases them after successful verification; unresolved cases go to the operator. This does not guarantee release at a particular time.
An unresolved booking, uncertain payment, cancellation, refund or payment dispute pauses the affected settlement. The dashboard separates pending, available and reserved amounts. Funds reserved for one request or booking cannot simultaneously be used again.
7. Earlier rewards and settlements
Bookings attributed before the new rates take effect retain their earlier tier and period version. Accrued, available or legitimately reserved amounts remain in the history. Accepting the new terms does not recalculate older bookings or remove legitimately earned rewards.
Settlements started under earlier program options continue under their saved terms and applicable law. Their history is retained; contact BELVOYA about an earlier settlement. The previous published terms remain available through the link below this document.
8. Using travel credit
Referral rewards fund the participant’s shared BELVOYA credit balance. Its terms are available in the BELVOYA credit section and do not require referral membership for other credit sources. Credit can be used when checkout offers it for the selected booking. The contribution cannot exceed available credit or the supported online price. You deliberately choose the amount; before confirming, checkout shows the booking price, credit contribution and remaining card payment. Full-credit payment is possible only when supported by checkout. Any charges payable at the property are shown separately.
The contribution is reserved while payment and booking confirmation are processed. An uncertain outcome keeps it reserved until resolved so the same credit cannot fund a second booking. A reservation is released after a confirmed failure and verification that the supplier did not use the funds. Program credit does not allow cash top-ups or person-to-person transfers.
The wallet has a stable account currency: PLN, EUR, GBP or USD. Changing the language or display currency does not redenominate existing credit. For a booking in another currency, the conversion is shown and saved before confirmation. An eligible refund restores the original wallet allocation without applying a new exchange rate.
9. Cancelling a credit-funded booking
Refund eligibility and amount depend on the selected rate’s conditions and confirmed supplier settlement. Cancellation does not always mean a full refund. The preferred method preserves original funding sources: the customer’s card contribution returns to the customer’s original payment source, and used travel credit is restored to the participant’s account after the full eligible refund is confirmed and the booking settlement is verified.
Credit may be restored after the supplier confirms the refund, before funds are posted to BELVOYA’s card. This is BELVOYA restoring travel credit, not confirmation that money has reached a bank account. A later confirmed refund of the same credit-funded share to the customer’s card results in a corresponding credit adjustment to avoid a duplicate refund.
For a full fee-free refund to original sources, a PLN 1000 booking paid with PLN 200 credit and PLN 800 on the customer’s card restores PLN 200 credit and returns PLN 800 to the customer’s card. For partial refunds and cancellation fees, allocation follows verified settlement of both funding sources and cannot exceed their original contributions. An aggregate refund amount alone cannot trigger automatic credit restoration; a generic cancellation notice or unspecified status does not establish settlement or the refund recipient either.
If a split to original sources is impossible, the entire eligible refund may exceptionally return to the customer’s card, but only where the supplier supports that method and its actual execution is confirmed. No travel credit is restored in that case: a full PLN 1000 refund to the customer’s card for the example above restores PLN 0 credit. This settles a particular cancelled booking and does not allow unused rewards to be withdrawn. We do not promise that redirecting a refund is available for every booking.
Unconfirmed allocation or refund destination is reviewed. There is no need to submit the same cancellation or refund again; each confirmed operation restores credit once, and a share returned to the customer’s card does not restore credit. Adjusting credit already restored requires confirmation of an actual duplicate refund and appears in the account with its basis and amount; uncertainty alone does not create a debt. Status and settlement appear in the account. Card refund posting also depends on the bank and payment provider.
10. Reward corrections and fair use
A cancelled, unfulfilled or refunded stay may remove or reduce its referral reward. If already released, a correction is recorded and the affected settlement is paused for review. If credit has been spent, we explain the basis and amount. Settlement may reduce future rewards or involve an agreed repayment where legally permitted. We do not automatically charge the participant’s card for this.
Fictitious bookings, self-referrals, artificial purchase splitting, impersonating BELVOYA, spam and bypassing rules are prohibited. Commercial publications must be clearly disclosed and comply with applicable law and channel rules. Participants are not authorised to take payments or make commitments on BELVOYA’s behalf.
Reasonable suspicion of abuse may lead to proportionate suspension of links or settlements. We explain decisions and allow them to be challenged. A review hold alone does not automatically forfeit legitimately earned rewards.
11. Data and assistance
Participant and settlement data are processed to administer the program, verify referrals, meet accounting duties and handle claims under the BELVOYA privacy notice. Participants receive information needed for their own settlement, not referred guests’ personal information, card details or confidential supplier costs.
Check the program dashboard for participation, reward and credit status; not every change sends an email. Submit complaints through the contact form or by post, identifying the account, case reference, problem and requested remedy. Do not send full card numbers or passwords. We respond within 14 days of receipt. Requests for clarification do not limit statutory deadlines or rights.
12. Leaving and rule changes
You can leave free of charge at any time by contacting BELVOYA while retaining your ordinary account. New referrals end; existing valid referrals and available rewards are settled under their saved rules. Leaving, suspension or program closure does not automatically forfeit legitimately earned rights or convert individual credit to cash. When closing an option we provide a practical opportunity to settle or use earned rewards.
Rules may change because of changes to the offering, supplier settlement, law or security requirements. Material changes receive a new published version and participant notice before applying to future referrals. New terms require separate acceptance; sign-in is not consent. Declining does not remove rewards for already attributed bookings, which retain their earlier rule version.
Program terms supplement the service terms and do not change an individual booking’s conditions. They do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable law governs matters not addressed, while preserving the consumer protections that apply.
